How much it cost for delivery?
Who doesn't love free shipping? We do offer free shipping worldwide!
If you don't qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order. You'll be able to see this on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.
How long does delivery take?
We understand that your pet is excited to get their treats or toys, so our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once received the order, we will process and dispatch within 1 - 3 days from our manufacturer warehouse in China. You will receive an email with a tracking number. From there, the shipping process will take average 7- 21 days. Some shipping might taking slightly longer than average due to the location and rural areas.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately at email@example.com if you have entered the incorrect address, we can still amend the correct address if the order hasn't been processed or shipped. Please be notified that we will not taking any responsibility once your order been shipped with the wrong address! So make sure your information was correct before finalizing your order.
Can I return an order?
We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied of the products we do accept return for up to 14 days from received item. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and before we had processed and dispatched the order. We will ignore cancel order request once the order been processed.
